COVID-19 UPDATE - Stage 4 Restrictions
With the introduction of Stage 4 restrictions in Metropolitan Melbourne (including the Mornington Peninsula) we have had to move all our appointments to Telehealth.
How a Telehealth appointment works is we send you a link to your phone just before your appointment, you click on the link and then we have your appointment via video conference. If you would rather a telephone call instead please let us know.
During these restrictions we will send out any products required free of charge with any Telehealth appointment. If you live within a 5km radius to the clinic you can collect from the clinic as a click and collect.
We will confirm your appointments with a call or text as we normally do.
Product and supplement collection.
Due to Stage 4 restrictions we have to operate in a "Click/Call/Email and Collect" way. This means if you need a product or supplement you can order online, call or email us with what you need and pay over the phone. If you live within the 5km radius to the clinic you can collect from our door (call when you arrive an we can leave it out the front), or we can post/courier your products to you. Free postage on orders over $150.
Also we will have collection points to allow for collection of products that maybe in a 5km radius to your home, therefore avoiding postage fees and postage times. There are collection points in Langwarrin, Mornington, Tyabb, Balnarring and Tootgarook.
Your name will be clearly labelled. Any probiotic storage will be individually discussed when ordering, most are stable 7-14 days out of the fridge.

Monday 8.30am - 8pm (clinic pick ups until 5pm)
Tuesday 8.30am - 3pm
Wednesday 9am - 12pm
Thursday 8.30am - 8pm (clinic pick ups until 5pm)
Friday 9.30am - 3pm
Can I get my Blood and urine sample screening done? The simple answer is no, but please call and chat to me (Kate) for individual needs to discuss.
Can I travel more than 5kms away? No, at this stage this is why we are offering collection points and free delivery with Telehealth, free postage over $150 dollars and postage.
I'm feeling really overwhelmed by these lockdowns and restrictions, and all my usual services are restricted, what can I do? Please reach out yo us directly via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), phone call we want to be able to help direct you in the right direction. All your primary health (including naturopath, chiros, osteo, physios) are available for Teleheath some are face to face depending on circumstance. Also there is support lines such as beyond blue on 1800 512 348.
When will we be able to visit the clinic again? As soon as we are out of stage 4 lockdowns we should be able to go back to face to face, we will confirm this once we are out of restrictions.
Your phone lines sometimes ring out? Yes sometimes the phones are so busy that we have multiple calls coming through, keep trying or email us and we can call you back.
